**Terms and Conditions for Instagram Personal Training Giveaway**

**1. Promoter**

This giveaway is promoted by Gym 72, a personal training service located at 5 Jackson’s Row, Manchester M2 5WD.

**2. Eligibility**

– The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have an active Instagram account.

– The giveaway is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law.

– Employees, contractors, and family members of the promoter are not eligible to participate.

**3. Entry Requirements**

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

– Like the official giveaway post.

– Share the post on their Instagram story, tagging the promoter’s Instagram account @gym72manchester

– One bonus entry will be given if the participant tags a friend in the comments. **Only one friend can be tagged per comment to prevent spamming.**

**4. Duration of the Giveaway**

The competition begins on **Friday, 21st September 2024**, and ends on **Friday, 4th October 2024 at 2:00 PM (local time)**. No entries submitted after this time will be considered.

**5. Prize**

– The winner will receive **one personal training session per week for 4 weeks** (a total of 4 sessions).

– Each session will be 60 minutes and conducted either in person or online (if applicable).

– The sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the winner and the trainer.

**6. Winner Selection**

– The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on the promoter’s Instagram story within 48 hours of the giveaway’s closing time.

– The winner will also be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram.

– If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the message, another winner will be selected.

**7. Prize Redemption**

– The winner must begin their 4-week session package no later than **14 days after being notified**.

– Sessions must be completed within **6 weeks** from the first session. Unused sessions will not be rolled over beyond this period.

– The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

**8. Participant Conduct**

– Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules will be disqualified.

– Participants may not use multiple accounts to enter the giveaway.

– Any evidence of fraud, spam, or manipulation of the entry process will result in immediate disqualification.

**9. Privacy**

– The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the giveaway, without additional compensation.

– Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties.

**10. Disclaimers**

– Instagram is not affiliated with or endorses this giveaway.

– The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s control.

**11. Limitation of Liability**

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the promoter, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

**12. Governing Law**

This competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
